Karrie Flegal serves as the Client Services Coordinator at Anchor Law. Karrie brings a positive, “can-do” attitude and genuine enthusiasm to serving clients and supporting the team. She is usually the first point of contact for families and is committed to ensuring each person feels welcomed, heard, and well cared for. Karrie is known for her flexibility, organization, and determination to help both clients and team members achieve their goals.

Before joining Anchor Law, Karrie led the hospitality team at a local university, managing guest relations for students, alumni, and community members. That experience shaped her approach to client service—combining a welcoming spirit with the diligence needed to ensure every detail is managed well.

Karrie holds a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in counseling. Her background equips her to connect easily with people, listen carefully to their stories, and help them navigate new information with confidence. She is passionate about education and enjoys helping others understand important concepts so they can make thoughtful decisions for their families. Her work is guided by a commitment to empathy, clarity, and excellence.

Although she has lived in five different states, Karrie has called Wisconsin home for nearly ten years, and she loves it. She and her husband, Ben, enjoy exploring southern Wisconsin—hiking in state parks, visiting local apple orchards, and attending shows in Milwaukee and at the Fireside Theatre in Fort Atkinson. Since both are avid readers, they love discussing books ranging from history and theology to fiction and biography. Karrie and Ben are also active in their local church community, where they enjoy teaching classes, leading small groups, and building meaningful relationships.
